We are perfecting our migration experience for customers. And because of this, we are offering all migrations at a deeply discounted price of $5000 per store.*

Your first month of subscription fees are on us. Upon launch you will receive 31 days at no cost.**

Grandfathered Pricing

Facets Members enjoy exclusive grandfathered pricing. Meaning your subscription rates will never increase.***

*Stores must be able to provide digital excel sheets of the following items: Inventory, Customers, Vendors, Previous Customer Purchase History. Paper Records will not be migrated. Max of 250,000 total records will be migrated. Data migrated is as only as good as the information provided by the store. Store must be able to provide digital records during the month of October and again the last week of December. Launch will happen anywhere between Jan 2022 and March 2022. A date will be agreed upon beginning of January. Any pictures wanting to be included in inventory must be sent in .jpg or .png formats labeled with the correct inventory #. We will not be visiting the store to assist with migrations. Any additional in-store assistance will incur a $10,000 fee, due 30 days prior to visit, for 5 days worth of assistance from a migration specialist.  

**Subscription fees are billed monthly and include $250 for the first two users, and $50 per additional user per month. Fees are due upon receipt, however if payment is missed, stores have 30 days to pay or the system will lock all store users out until a payment is made. 

***Your rate of $250 for the first 2 users and $50 for each additional user will not change for the life of the store that originally signed up. If the store changes names, is sold to another party, rates are subject to change with the update of the store in our system. If you bring on additional users, if more than the original 2, they will also be added on for the rate of $50 per person. 

Jewelr retains the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any point.

The Story of Jewelr

In 2013, while working for a wholesale diamond business, an epic tragedy happened. My work computer completely died on me. There was no coming back for this critical partner in crime of mine. I lost all my bookmarks, saved files, contact information, everything that made my job, MY JOB! But tragedies can have happy ending’s right? Getting a new computer is always somewhat exciting? I couldn’t have been more wrong. “Look on eBay”, my boss said. “You need to find to a computer that runs on 16-bit.” I responded with a shockingly, “Wait what?” Needless to say, I ended up with an older computer than what I previously had and to top it off, it had to be modified just to RUN! It was a nightmare that just wasn’t sustainable.


That was the first sign.
