How fast will I receive my designs?
Most standard Jewelry design requests are delivered within two business days. However, more complex requests can take additional time.
How does onboarding work?
Subscribe to the Priority Pass and we'll quickly add you to your very own Notion dashboard. This process usually takes about an hour to complete from the time you subscribe. Once you accept the invite to Notion dashboard, you're ready to request designs.
Who are the designers?
Jewelr is a one-man design agency, ran by Akshay Ravikant, the founder designer. Jewelr does not employ other designers, or outsource work to any other entity for jewelry cad. You'll work directly with me through the entirety of your experience.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up the entire month. Billing cycles are based on 30 day period. Let's say you use the service for 17 days, and then decide to pause your subscription.
This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 13 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future without expiry.
What type of files can I expect in delivery?
The usual delivery has a STL file for wax printing, 3DM resource file, and a JPG with all the specs of the product design.
How will I request designs?
Jewelr offers a flexibility in how you request deisgns using Notion. Some most common ways clients request designs is directly via Notion dashboard by uploading your design in the queue, or in the Slack channel. For those who prefer an easy way, you can add me in your team's WhatsApp group or any other medium of your choice.
How do we keep communication smooth?
After subscription, within few hours I share Notion dashboard with you for project management. And usually clients add me in their Slack channel so that everyone in the team is on the same track.
Do you do only Jewelry CAD?
Yes, I do only Jewelry CAD. Any request for Renderings will be considered out of scope by default, however it's available on demand at additional cost.
What if I only have a few requests?
You can subscribe for a month, submit your request and pause or cancel according to your subscription terms.
Are there any refunds?
Yes, you can cancel and get prorated refund anytime during your active subscription. Please review those terms before purchasing.
